Hello, Pedro. With Tothemoon.com participating in recent events like the Bucharest Summit 2026, how does the company plan to leverage these platforms to expand its institutional partnerships in the blockchain space?

CrispyBull

Yes, we are participating in the press summit and in many other expos from the high-risk industry. Obviously, To The Moon has a very inclined direction for high-risk companies and we are planning to be present in all the expos about adult industry, forex and gaming as well, as well as in other expos like Money 2020. We plan to provide a 360 solution for these kind of companies that might have some complications onboarding into the c***** space at the moment.

Can you share more about how Tothemoon.com is developing solutions to support high-risk industries, such as the adult industry and forex?

CrispyBull

Yeah, definitely, ToTheMoon has several solutions going through accepting payments, API integration to process payments in the checkout, but also all the kind of solutions like mass payouts that are widely used for other companies in terms of internal payments or to handle internal treasury. We are actively developing all the solutions, but at the moment, these could be like the ones most used by our current clients. We are always open to hear what our clients need, and we will actively develop new things on demand, basically.

How is Tothemoon.com addressing the regulatory challenges that high-risk industries face when integrating blockchain solutions?
Jun 04 2026, 14:44
CrispyBull

Well, this has two sides. By one side, the c***** industry is going through a massive regulatory period with Amica from the 1st of July. But by the other side, there is a lot of changes in the industry and the high risk from forex to gaming. One example could be Brazil last year. We actually accept most of the companies, most of the licenses in the whole world. He's not a blogger for us. Our risk appetite is very high. So either your company is licensed in Malta, it's licensed in Anjouan, it's licensed in Mauritius or it's licensed in London, we would accept the MPCs.

How does Tothemoon.com ensure compliance and manage the various licensing requirements across different jurisdictions for high-risk industries?
Jun 04 2026, 14:45
CrispyBull

Well, manually, actually. We don't have third-party companies that are supporting us. Everything we do in-house and everything is screened manually. Every company, every document that we receive from our clients is reviewed by our AML department in record time, because basically our onboarding is no longer than two, three day stops once we receive the documents. So, yeah, I think manual and the old ways, the traditional ways are still the best thing.

Can you elaborate on how Tothemoon.com maintains efficiency in the manual compliance process, especially given the diverse licensing requirements across different jurisdictions?
Jun 04 2026, 14:46
CrispyBull

Yeah, well, I would say that is due to experience. We have a very solid experience of AML. They are very used to see all the cases. Obviously, each company is a different world, but they are following the same paths or the same patterns, basically. So once they arrive, they start seeing from minute one until the last of the vapors. As I said, it doesn't take longer than 24-48 hours to review everything and to give us an answer. And if more documents are required, they will ask for them. But generally, with the first view, most of the companies are accepted, basically.
